Ibrahim Abu-Bakarr & Mohamed I. Bakarr

Ibrahim Abu-Bakarr is Lecturer and Acting Head of the Department of Wildlife Management and Conservation at Njala University, Sierra Leone. His current research focuses on the ecology and conservation of primates and small mammals. He has more than ten years of research experience on biodiversity conservation issues in the Upper Guinea forest region, West Africa.

Mohamed I. Bakarr is Lead Environmental Specialist in the Global Environment Facility Secretariat in Washington, DC, USA. He also serves as Adjunct Professor in the School of Natural Resources Management at Njala University, Sierra Leone. His interest is in natural resource management and biodiversity conservation, as they relate to human well-being in the tropics.
