Alison Copeland is the Biodiversity Officer for the Government of Bermuda. As a member of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Biodiversity Section, she participates in management of threatened and invasive species. Her previous work focused on rare plant conservation. She obtained an MSc in Geography from Memorial University in Newfoundland, Canada. This research was coursework for the postgraduate certificate in ecological survey techniques from the University of Oxford, which she completed in 2018 supervised by Thomas Hesselberg.
